If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with the garment tags still attached.
You have 28 days to return your item(s) back to us from the date they are delivered (28 days includes weekends). If you return an item within this period then we will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. After the 28 day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept refunds on earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s) so we recommend you send them back via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of being returned back to Dellos.
