Here at Dellos Boutique, we will dispatch your parcel within 1 working day of your order being placed (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate so the Royal Mail can delivery within the specified timescales. Dellos cannot be held responsible for any errors made, this includes incorrect postcodes, missing door numbers and/or street names.

We offer free shipping on orders £50.00 or over for all UK customers and orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service.
UK DELIVERY
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For £5.40
For customers who are based within the United Kingdom, this includes Highlands, Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 1 working days after it is dispatched and will require a signature upon delivery.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For £4.40
For customers who are based within the United Kingdom, this includes Highlands, Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days after it is dispatched and will require a signature upon delivery.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® £8.00
For customers who are based within the United Kingdom, this includes Highlands, Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. This service is only offered Monday to Friday (weekends excluded). Your parcel will be dispatched next working day and will arrive by 1pm the following working day, A signature is required upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Europe - £12.00
Rest of World - £15.00
For customers who are based outside of the UK, we will use either Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or International Signed.
If you are based within Europe, your parcel should arrive within 3-5 working days after it is dispatched. For the rest of the world, your order should arrive within 5-7 working days after it is dispatched. Both services will require a signature upon delivery.
For customers outside the UK; customs and import charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs may also add time to the delivery of your order, this is something which we have no control over.
Customers must take full liability for parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges and can expect to have postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling deducted from any refund due. Additionally, if you return your purchase, any additional customs charges for the parcel to reach us, will be deducted from the refund due.
